Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Non-Returnable Goods: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on skincare, wellness, and personal care products due to their perishable nature. Gift cards, digital downloads, and promotional or sale items are also non-returnable. Opened or used products cannot be resold and are non-returnable.
2. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within two hours of purchase by emailing us or responding to your order confirmation email. Any late cancellations will be subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
3. Eligibility for Store Credit, Exchanges, or Replacements: Store credit, exchanges, or product replacements are acceptable only under the following conditions:
- The product did not arrive.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing proof of purchase along with detailed materials (photos and/or videos) supporting your claim. Any refunds will be issued either to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days or as store credit via an eGift Card. Please allow up to 72 hours for claim evaluations.
4. Refunds and Replacements: Once your claim is approved after inspection, we will process your replacement or issue store credit as an eGift Card. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and can take up to 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 3% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
5. Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos). We will evaluate the claim, and if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund as store credit or back to the original payment method.
6. Late Claims: Claims initiated after 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product are ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
7. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
